Utility Shut-Off is the 25th of the Month

Effective January 1, 2020 there was a $35.00 processing fee on accounts that are not paid by 8 am on the 25th of the month, a $50.00 reconnect fee during normal business hours for meters that have been physically turned off and a $100.00 reconnect fee after hours, weekends or holidays for meters that have been physically turned off. Time will not allow the City to continue to make courtesy calls reminding you of a potential shut off.
